The AUTH Lab of Medical Physics and Digital Innovation, LifeChamps Project Coordinator, hosted the first meeting for the season inviting the members of the ALMA ZOIS THESSSALONIKIS-Women with Breast Cancer Association in the premises of the AUTH School of Medicine.

The Thessaloniki chapter of Alma Zois is an associate partner of the Greek pilot site and a close collaborator of the AUTH Partner.

After the opening remarks from LifeChamps Project Coordinator Prof. Panagiotis Bamidis & Project’s Scientific Coordinator Dr. Antonis Billis, LifeChamps Oncologist Dr. Sofia Levva answered the most common questions and concerns while addressing LifeChamps’ main aim & scope.

The meeting was an excellent opportunity for the LifeChamps team to present the latest developments of the project and interact with the local community of cancer survivors while leading an open, fruitful discussion on the role of new technologies in the improvement of their Quality of Life. Ending the meeting LifeChamps Technical team showcase the monitoring devices and collect patients’ feedback on the improvement of the LifeChamps mobile app in view of the Preliminary data collection period.
