The LifeChamps 3rd Plenary Meeting took place online on Tuesday, June 8th 2021, due to the constraints happening by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the fact that the consortium met in a virtual space, the Pleanary Meeting turned out very fruitful. The partners had the chance to discuss and coordinate the upcoming mid-term Review Meeting and plan the following action points related to the LifeChamps project for the forthcoming months.
In more details, during the meeting, LifeChamps partners had the opportunity to discuss subjects related to Project Management, details about the presentations and the demos should be prepared for the mid-term review meeting, while they also planned and agreed on the following action points related to the development tasks and the use-case scenarios. Moreover, another important issue on the agenda of this meeting was the organisation of the workshops related to the end-user applications and the data analysis pipeline. Guidelines on how the pilot partners will effectively run the workshops with end-users, despite the COVID-19 restrictions were settled.
At the end of the meeting, all partners committed themselves to complete ongoing tasks and prepare themselves to present project’s progress, aiming to receive the best possible evaluation in the Review Meeting, arranging their next meet-up for the Rehearsal Meeting on the 14th of July.
