LifeChamps project, represented by AUTH project coordinator, participated in the awareness campaign of Alma Zois Thessalonikis- Association of Women with Breast Cancer (https://almazoisthes.gr/), entitled “Sail for Pink” and held every year in the framework of October 2020 “Breast Cancer Awareness Month”. This year, and due to the COVID-19 restrictions which didn’t allow the conduction of the annual 5km “Health Road”, the academic, research and admin staff members of the AUTH Medical Physics Laboratory were photographed, wearing the special edition of the 2020 “Sail for Pink” t-shirt and sent their own message that “Breast cancer can be defeated if diagnosed early”.
