On the 19th May 2021, the UofG coordinated an initial meeting between a representative of Safe Haven, a department within the Greater Glasgow & Clyde Health board in the National Health Service (NHS), Scotland, and representatives of LifeChamps (AUTH, UPV, Altran, Salumedia, Cyberlens). Glasgow Safe Haven is accredited by the Scottish Government and is involved with Research and Innovation [https://www.nhsggc.org.uk/about-us/professional-support-sites/glasgow-safe-haven/].

This initial meeting was to ascertain if we could access specific information via data extraction from Electronic Health Records. During the hour meeting, we were able to gauge interest, outline the intentions of the LifeChamps project, briefly describe the data flow and discuss the initial support that may be required. The outcome of the meeting was positive and established direct communication with Safe Haven towards the preparation and planning of our next stage in the LifeChamps project.
