ALTRAN PORTUGAL is responsible for the development of the Predictive Analytics and Modeling, as well as the Scalable Analytics Engine. The Predictive Analytics and modeling aims to predict the risk of disorder and morbidity development for older oncological patients, as well as the early identification of frailty/QoL decline. On the other hand, the development of the Scalable Analysis Engine corresponds to the design of a scalable analysis mechanism with sufficient abstraction properties to provide portability, flexibility and environmental diversity to implement predictive models. We have developed the state of the art in relation to Predictive Analysis and Modeling, and concluded that the solution will be essentially be a bundle of existing algorithms adopted as-is (emerging from different open source libraries such as Spark MLlib, Horovod, etc.).
